VC-727 STUDIO (pair)

With custom designed and hand-built cabinets by VC in CT, the VC-727 STUDIO is INCLINED Fidelity’s highest quality offering to date. The cabinets are then filled with the crossovers and drivers, hand-assembled, tested, and tuned by Von Hertzog at The Social Club. The VC-727 STUDIO features dual low distortion 7 inch aluminum cone woofers in an MTM configuration with a Norwegian-built  27mm SEAS Aluminum/Magnesium tweeter. Around back are matching 7 inch aluminum passive radiators to help extend the low-end response which helps eliminate your need for a subwoofer. The VC-727 STUDIO can faithfully reproduce the frequency range from 28Hz to 20KHz with amazing linearity. The crossovers feature a 14 AWG air core inductor on the low pass circuit and all capacitors are metalized polypropylene German-built Audyn Q4 Caps.

Due to this being an interstate tag team effort for this models production, VC-727s are only available to back order. Back orders are filled within 4 weeks of order placement. Please understand the hand-made nature of these require extra time for production but rest assured we’re working on getting them produced as fast as we can source the necessary parts.

SEAS Prestige 27mm Tweeter Highlights

• High Definition metal dome tweeter with a wide, soft polymer surround and a rear chamber.
• Aluminum/Magnesium alloy diaphragm with pistonic behavior throughout the audible frequency range, resulting in a good dispersion also above 10kHz.
• A Hexagrid protects the diaphragm, and supports a phase plate which compensates for a slight axial roll off towards 20 kHz.
• Sonomax surround for low resonance and excellent mechanical linearity
• Voice coil windings immersed in magnetic fluid increase short term power handling capacity and reduce the compression at high power levels.
• Stiff and stable rear chamber with optimal acoustic damping allows the tweeter to be used with moderately low crossover frequencies.
• Precision molded chassis from glass fiber reinforced plastic, and its front design offers optimum radiation conditions.
