All items listed as IN STOCK will ship within one (1) business day. Back orders and custom orders are made to order by Von Hertzog at The Social Club and complete in 2 to 4 weeks. When you place your back order or custom order, your order will begin production at The Social Club. From wiring it up to testing everything is working properly and all the measurements are up to snuff, your speakers will get Von’s personal attention and care. 

Yes! We are now happy to offer worldwide shipping for $149 per order. Being that this is a new endeavor shipping has been a large obstacle but international shipping is now available. If you have any questions, please ask your questions before placing your order.

In stock orders ship within one (1) business day. All back orders and custom orders ship within four weeks of the order being placed. We will gladly get them out sooner if the parts are already in-house and available and our goal is to get them out in under two weeks. But, the supply-chain issues that have hit the entire globe sometimes impact our ability to restock parts in a timely manner. We source parts from multiple vendors in case of a part going out of stock. We’ll do our best to make sure your speakers are shipped as fast as possible.

Place your order here on inclinedfidelity.com by selecting the model of speakers you’re interested in, adding them to your cart, checking out and paying for your order. That’s it! Your order will begin production by Von Hertzog at The Social Club within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Since every order is uniquely made to order, cancelled orders that have begun production are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Your payment will be refunded by your original payment vendor, minus the restocking fee.

Yes! If you’re located on the East Coast of the US or find yourself near me in Southeastern Pennsylvania, you’re more than welcome to swing by The Social Club and pick them up for yourself. If you want to see where your speakers were created, make the pilgrimage to The Social Club and see how it was done. 

Von Hertzog is willing to deliver the speakers himself within a certain area. If you are in PA, NJ, DE, MD, NY, CT, please inquire about having your speakers delivered. 

While we always hope you will love your new studio monitors we understand they might not always be a fit. Return approval can be obtained for undamaged merchandise within the first 30 days of the customer’s receipt of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
