INCLINED Fidelity VH-180 is our reference-grade studio monitor. When you’re mixing and mastering, time domain response is essential. Being able to clearly hear how things image allows you to better place things in space and sculpt their sounds for the sound you want. Translation is king and you need a studio monitor that shows you exactly what is going on. Featuring a 180mm aluminum cone reference woofer and 27mm SEAS Prestige Titan Aluminum/Magnesium tweeter with a titanium voice coil for the most accurate monitor we’ve made to date. Staying in a fully sealed cabinet with a respectable low end extension gives you the best of both worlds. The sealed cabinet provides a smooth and detailed low-end, in part thanks to the woofer’s design and in part to the ClarityCap CSA Capacitors and Mundorf metal-oxide resistors. The crossover circuit design stands out here featuring 15 AWG air core inductor on the woofer circuit and 18 AWG air core inductors on the tweeter circuit.

SEAS Prestige Titan 27mm Tweeter Highlights

• High Definition metal dome tweeter with a wide, soft textile surround and an optimized rear chamber and internal damping for a smooth and resonance free response.
• Aluminum/Magnesium alloy diaphragm with pistonic behavior throughout the audible frequency range, resulting in a good dispersion also above 10kHz.
• A Hexagrid protects the diaphragm
• Titanium voice coil former for optimum transfer of force from coil to dome.
• Non-conductive former also doesn’t add any damping to the excursion to allow a very transient sound.
